Recently flew from Dubai to Heathrow. At check in, both my bags were exactly 32kg. The lady asked how I'd managed to be so lucky...I mentioned the balanzza. On my next trip there, she thanked me for the advice and said she'd bought one herself !

Last year, at Heathrow, on a flight to Athens (allowance 23kgs) the check in claimed the weight was almost 25kgs. I had The Balanzza in my hand luggage and I challeneged their machine. After a while and with the interventions of one of the airports managers and a known test weight, they accepted the reading of the Balanzza and actually closed that check in gate as it clearly was faulty. It has already saved me more than my original cost!

I bought the first Balanzza over a year ago and it has saved us money on several occasions. I lent it to my Brother a while ago and have never seen it back LOL.

Good news is I bought the new version and it's even better :-) Looks smaller and I think lighter, plus I can now see the display as I weigh my bags.

And, just like before, amazing service. Ordered on Friday morning, arrived Saturday.

Item very good, it proved Ryanairs scales at the airport were wrong. I insisted on them re weighing my case on different scales, which then matched the travel scales exactly, this saved me paying excess luggage charge the first time we used them.
